The Singapore Early Childhood Education Association was established in 2020. It was established by the Singapore government, the Singapore Education Authority, and Singapore International Education Group. It was established with the approval of the Singapore Association of Societies Registration ROS. It is regulated by the “Singapore Associations Act”.
